Always a fun and friendly event and we are proud to fund and manage the website for another year. With an educational background in engineering and extensive experience in various development roles, Roopa is a valuable asset to our team. As Tech Lead, she currently oversees two complex projects – a training app for a major law enforcement utility manufacturer and an advanced ERP for the publishing industry.![]()

Her days are filled with a whirlwind of responsibilities including:![]()

👉 Overseeing tech architecture and quality through code reviews and senior developer tasks.![]()

👉 Guiding our full-time team members on project tactics, strategy, quality, tools, and more.![]()

👉 Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure agile workflows, deadlines, and sprint deliveries are met.![]()

👉 Working with QA resources to prioritize quality and address any issues.![]()

👉 Building strong relationships with our Virtual Development Centre clients to understand and exceed their expectations.![]()
